THE PURCELL FAMILY
Rev. Joseph & Mary Purcell have served in the ministry since 1986 and have lived and ministered overseas in different capacities since 1992. They, along with two of their four children, currently reside in the nation of Singapore, where they serve as the directors of RHEMA Bible Training Center Singapore (RBTCS) teaching faith in God's World and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

MINISTRY
In addition to serving as the Directors and as instructors at Rhema Bible Training Center Singapore (RBTCS), the Purcells minister in both denominational and non-denominational churches in Singapore, and as the Lord leads, travel to other nations to teach and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit.
Together with our partners, Joe Purcell Ministries is preaching the gospel unto the uttermost part of the earth!

VISION & MISSION
Our vision is to provide teaching, training and logistical support to the Body of Christ on the foreign field.
Our mission is to:
• To TEACH the Word of God in the power and demonstration of the
Holy Spirit.
• To RAISE UP pastors, teachers, evangelists, missionaries and lay
workers overseas for the work of the ministry.
• To CONNECT Christians, churches, and businesses with ministries on the
foreign field to accomplish specific projects that advance the work of the
Kingdom of God upon the earth.

PROVISION
Through the generous giving of our partners, Joe Purcell Ministries has been able to provide logistical support to ministries on the foreign field. By doing specific projects with concrete objectives, the kingdom of God is advanced in practical ways in various places around the world.
